Sheet the initial phone contact, the process moved efficiently.
This was a rushed request.  I was leaving to go out the country for an extended amount of time.  The service agreement process was quick.  I was bumped up to the top of the scheduling list.
The Tech Everett was out the next day.  He was professional and friendly.  He explained every step of the process, a couple of them twice as it was a lot of human activity going on.

I wish that they would allow the technicians to wear a lighter colored uniform rather than dark blue. I think they would be a lot more comfortable.

I used to get uncontrollable armies of ants in the summer especially and anytime there was a crumb of food in my kitchen. Now I never have any, even when I found a bag of sugar open (grandkids!:) in my pantry,  Plus, Corkys lets me know when they’re coming and if I have any special requests.
