Termite Control in SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Termite concerns in Southern California start with an inspection, since bait stations, a liquid barrier, or fumigation each fit different situations.

WHY US

Thorough termite protection for your Southern California home.

Termites can remain hidden while causing costly damage to the wood and structural components of your home. Corky’s starts with a thorough inspection to identify the termite species, locate areas of activity, and determine the right treatment for your property.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was looking for other Extermination in our local area. After contacting a short list of about 6, I still was not any closer to an Exterminator coming out.
Sheet the initial phone contact, the process moved efficiently.
This was a rushed request. I was leaving to go out the country for an extended amount of time. The service agreement process was quick. I was bumped up to the top of the scheduling list.
The Tech Everett was out the next day. He was professional and friendly. He explained every step of the process, a couple of them twice as it was a lot of human activity going on.
I would definitely recommend Corky's to others.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was our 3rd service with Corky's and all of them have been great. Today was the beginning of our routine service and this is prime ant season. Happy that Rigoberto is our technician. Knowledgeable, communicative, thorough and friendly. Delighted he's our go-to Corky's rep. Highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Technician did a thorough job of gopher control in my front yard. It’s really hot outside. I wish that they would allow the technicians to wear a lighter colored uniform rather than dark blue. I think they would be a lot more comfortable.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Corkys has been great for us! I used to get uncontrollable armies of ants in the summer especially and anytime there was a crumb of food in my kitchen. Now I never have any, even when I found a bag of sugar open (grandkids!:) in my pantry, Plus, Corkys lets me know when they’re coming and if I have any special requests. They’ll help inside and out and even my patio and garage. They’re great!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Corkys did a great job being available and preparing us for house fumigation. We asked them to be careful around the pergola, which they were. They replaced some wood siding that had been damaged and matched the paint color. Professional and well done, couldn't have asked for better. Thank you Anthony, Enrique, and team!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve used Corkys for several years now. The customer service is great, especially when something urgent comes up.

I had some pests show up the day before a long vacation. They handled everything over the phone with me and I knew it would be taken care of. I appreciate that I can count on them.

Frequently asked questions

Termite Control FAQs

We love helping new customers! Don’t see your question answered below?
📞 Call us and we’ll be happy to provide more information.

How soon can I get a quote for termite control?

Termite control requires an inspection before a quote can be prepared because the treatment depends on the termite species, activity, and construction conditions. The inspection findings are used to recommend the appropriate localized treatment, baiting, liquid barrier, or fumigation service.

What's your policy if termite control doesn't work the first time?

Termite warranty terms vary by the treatment selected and must be confirmed for the specific service. The inspection and quote identify the applicable warranty, its duration, and any conditions before work begins.

How soon can Corky's schedule termite control?

Termite inspections are scheduled for the earliest available appointment in the service area. Timing depends on current availability, property access, and the areas where activity or damage has been observed.

What does the technician actually do during termite control?

Preparation depends on the termite treatment recommended after inspection. The technician provides written or verbal instructions for access, stored items, occupants, pets, and any areas that must be cleared before the appointment.

What happens to my kids and pets during treatment?

Children and pets may need to remain away from specific work areas during termite control. The technician confirms when normal access can resume.
