For so many years I tried to find materials to teach new technicians the rules that the government passes down for all of us to follow, and present it in a way that the student wouldn’t fall asleep. I also had a hard time outlining what I had read so as to make it easy to review. With the technician in mind we have developed this training manual combining many factors of the business. We have outlined it for easy review, splitting it up between laws and all the other aspects of the business which technicians will need to understand. We also designed it to be used as a reference book that can be carried on the job, as it has many aspects of identification for the common insects, weeds, and funguses that are usually encountered. This is not intended to be an all-encompassing book, but I wish I could have found all of this information in one place when I took the exam over forty years ago. It is now even more difficult!
