1-3 areas of infestation can be treated successfully by localized or spot treatments. We inject or spray a state-registered product on or into the infested area. These localized treatments will eliminate 100% of the termites in the treated colonies and will continue to protect against futher infestation (of those treated areas) for years to come. In some cases, we can remove and replace damaged/infested wood.

YOU HAVE A CHOICE: Spot Treatment, Heat Treatment or Fumigation

The State of California requires that the primary recommendation for treatment of drywood termites always be fumigation (a whole structure treatment).

Localized or spot treatments are considered secondary forms of treatment and leave areas that are inaccessible and/or undetectable (such as those in wall voids) in question as to the presence of infestations. Undetectable, and inaccessible infestations will not be seen by your termite inspector.
