Continual Services
Reduced Rates With Regular Services
In addition to our regular pest control service, additional services and treatments are available at reduced rates when done at the same time as our regular service. YOU SAVE ANY INITIAL COSTS AND DRIVING FEES! These can include: horticultural treatments such as pre-emergent weed control, systemic Merit/fertilizer applications for your roses and hibiscus plants to keep them insect-free for the season; power feeding for citrus and other fruit trees; and other pest control services such as mosquito control, flea control, and rodent control. Applications for plant insects and fungi are sold individually and carry no implied guarantee. Our ant, spider, and crawling insect guarantees begin after the second paid service for our customers on annual service.
The customer agrees to provide access to the property and pay for the services conducted according to the neighborhood group schedule at a frequency of approximately every six weeks. The length of this service agreement will remain in effect for 30 days following the receipt of a written letter of termination in our office. (This is to ensure that all future scheduled services are purged from our system, as the group schedule is determined well in advance.)
