THE PLAN:
Snails can be effectively controlled, but it just takes time and manual labor. We physically remove the snails from your property. Most people put out bait, more bait, and still more bait with very little success. Here is what we do at Corky’s that takes care of your snail problem:

STEP 1: You must water very thoroughly in the evening before our service. A moist environment will bring the snails out of hiding.

STEP 2: The next morning our technician searches for the snails, and actually picks up all that he can find. The snails are placed into a plastic garbage bag, sealed inside, and thrown away

STEP 3: We then apply Snail Bait in areas that snails frequent. Snails lay eggs in damp soil. When the eggs hatch the immature snails continue to feed on the available bait. The bait will reduce the population to controlable numbers.

For best results two treatments within in a two week period are recommended. Regular follow-up treatments may be necessary to keep your snail problem in check.
