Mosquito harborage areas such as building eaves, window casings, door frames, grass areas, mulch areas under plants, and trees and plant and tree foliage are all inspected and treated when necessary throughout the year with the following exceptions:

• Ground areas are not treated during the cooler months.
• Foliage is not treated during the hot summer months when most plantings are under stress from excessive heat and lack of water.
