BLACK FLOUR BEETLE
Not as serious a pest as the Red Flour beetle, it feeds on stored grains, cereals, flour, and even dried meats, vegetables, fruits, milk, sugar, and candy. They are normally found living underneath the bark of trees, but have adapted to living in cotton gin trash. They can fly up to two miles, and enter houses in large numbers at night. These beetles can be up to about 1/4th inch in size.
